Tough Mudder Meal- Fettuccine With Shrimp

 

Ingredients:

  • Whole Wheat Fettuccini
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Shrimp
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • Grated Parmesan (as desired)

Cooking Instructions:

  • Follow cooking instruction for fettuccine on package
  • Heat olive oil in separate pan
  • Add shrimp, rosemary, garlic, and tomatoes in pan for 7-10 minutes, stirring every minute
  • Drain pasta
  • Add shrimp combination over the top of the fettuccine and grate cheese as desired
  • Refuel and Enjoy!
