In fact, some foods have been proven to increase nitric oxide levels in the body to enhance oxygen flow throughout your body, helping you run further and faster with less fatigue.

Not only that, but if you add the right foods for endurance into your diet then you will also recover faster and progress more efficiently with your training results. That’s the case with this chicken curry stir fry. I’ll warn you now. This will become your new favorite post workout meal.

Foods For Endurance: Post-Workout Chicken Curry Stir Fry

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup Brown Rice
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Head of Broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp. Smoked Peperika
  • 1 Tbsp. Curry Powder
  • 2 Tsp. Tumeric

Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat Coconut Oil in a cast iron pan until “shimmery”
  • Add in the chicken to cook and add the vegetables after chicken has been fully cooked
  • Add another Tbsp of coconut oil
  • Add in all of the spice mixture
  • Throw all ingredients on top of the brown rice.
  • Eat and Enjoy!
